Yes. Every stocked profile is sold from one metre up, cut on the nearest cut-mark and end-capped at no charge. Full 50m reels get trade pricing.

Which power supply do I need?

Multiply the wattage per metre by your total length and add 20% headroom. Every product page lists the wattage, and we include a load chart with each order — or tell us the run and we will size it for you.

Can this be used outdoors?

Our IP65 and IP67 stock is UV-stable and rated for exterior signage and wet locations. Pair it with an IP67 potted supply and sealed end caps, both stocked.

How do I cut and join the flex?

Cut only on the printed cut-marks with a sharp blade, then use our solderless joiners or pins and seal with the supplied silicone glue and caps. Wiring guides ship with every order.

Yes. Sign shops, fabricators and installers get volume pricing from 50m and can apply for an open account with net terms.

Will a re-order match my original sign?

Accepted Answer

We batch-bin every colour and hold stock in Canada, so top-ups and repairs match material supplied previously. Quote your original order number and we will pull from the same bin where possible.
